Missed Appointment Policy

Under FHO+, our practice now bills on a time-based system. When an appointment is missed without adequate notice, that reserved time cannot be reallocated for another patient, resulting in a direct loss of the practice. To reflect the true cost of missed appointments under this new model, we have updated our fee schedule as follows:​

Standard Appointment:      $75.00

Complex Appointment:      $90.00

Same-Day Urgent:               $100.00

Fees for Uninsured Services

​Each year, the Ontario Medical Association reviews and adjusts its fees for non-OHIP covered services to reflect current costs. These services include things like Doctor's notes, medical forms and travel immunizations. Our updated fees are based on these latest OMA guidelines. If you have any questions about specific fees, please don't hesitate to ask our office staff. ​​​
